Customer service
1. Free maintenance
A. During the warranty period, the product fails or the accessories are damaged after you use the product according to the requirements specified in the product operation manual.
B. After the warranty period, the same product failure or parts damage occurs within one year after the charged maintenance.
2, free return or exchange
A. For parts that cannot be repaired within the warranty period, the purchased point of sale shall return and replace the parts with the same model, specification or performance.
B. During the warranty period, products that cannot be used or maintained due to product quality problems (excluding accessories) shall be returned or replaced by those with the same model and specifications at the point of sale.
3. Free on-site design

4. In case of product failure caused by the following circumstances, the free warranty will be invalid, and each authorized service center will charge according to the charging standard.
A. Parts damaged beyond the warranty period;
B. Product modification and configuration change not approved by maoyuan sanitary ware;
C. Failure caused by failure to install, use and maintain the product according to the instructions or failure to use the product under the operating environment in accordance with the instructions;
D. Damage to components caused by improper or inaccurate handling (such as forced pulling, trampling, impact, etc.) by you;
E. product malfunction or component damage caused by your use of highly corrosive detergent (containing acetone or ammonia) or disinfectant containing formate or formaldehyde;
F. Product failure or component damage caused by improper power supply (such as the power system not well grounded, the voltage too high or too low);
G. Product failure or component damage caused by natural disasters and other force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, etc.) and other unexpected factors (collision, smashing, trampling, etc.);
H. Maoyuan sanitary ware shall only assume the warranty responsibility for the original parts when leaving the factory. Our company shall not assume the warranty responsibility for any parts installed or modified by users or dealers and any faults caused thereby.
The customer requirements
1. Maoyuan implements the warranty policy of door-to-door service.Users buy products in the warranty period when any non-human fault, will get maoyuan sanitary authorized service center free maintenance services.
2. The service center shall have the right to charge the cost of spare parts as required for product failure caused by improper operation and other human factors.
3. All warranty service period shall be calculated from the date of sale.(subject to the purchase certificate and product warranty card)
4. The warranty period for free replacement parts due to fault maintenance and free replacement parts shall be the warranty deadline of the whole machine sold.
1. Before purchasing the products, please contact the authorized service center of local dealers or maoyuan sanitary ware customer service center to determine the installation location of power socket, water inlet pipe and floor drain.
2. When the products are delivered to you, the products shall be unpacked and checked according to the packing list. If there is any deviation, the dealers shall be required to report to our company and apply for free replacement.All random articles and data should be properly kept, if lost, will not be reissued free of charge.
3. As a user, you are obliged to register the user information in the customer service center at the point of sale of the purchase in a timely and accurate manner. Otherwise, we cannot provide you with all kinds of information in a timely and accurate manner and bring difficulties to our return visit.
4. In case of any loss of other items caused by product failure, please timely and truthfully report the situation to the local dealer authorized service center or ARROW brand sanitary ware customer service center, and maintain the site. Except for the treatment of turning off water or power supply, no unauthorized treatment shall be allowed.So that the customer service center can accurately solve for you.
5. When the authorized service personnel provide services for you, please timely provide the product warranty card and purchase certificate. If the above valid certificates cannot be provided, the products beyond the warranty period will be charged for services.
6, if you need to change the configuration, add accessories, should be in advance with maoyuan bathroom customer service center to determine.In order to ensure the compatibility of product performance, the accessories provided by or recommended by maoyuan sanitary ware shall be adopted and implemented through maoyuan sanitary ware;If you do not use the accessories provided or recommended by maoyuan sanitary ware, or if you do not use maoyuan sanitary ware or the authorized personnel of maoyuan sanitary ware, the free warranty terms will be invalid. Therefore, you or the implementer will be responsible for all the consequences.
7. Relevant fees shall be paid for the paid services. If you refuse to pay, maoyuan sanitary ware or the dealer authorized service center shall have the right to temporarily terminate your services.If the service personnel of maoyuan sanitary ware (authorized) do not inform the charging standard in advance or do not charge according to the charging standard, you have the right to complain to the customer service center of maoyuan sanitary ware (authorized) and ask to return the overcharged or undeserved fees.
8. Out-of-warranty maintenance fee = accessories and materials fee + on-site maintenance fee
A. on-site maintenance fee: it refers to the total labor expense, transportation expense, depreciation of equipment and accessories expense incurred by the service personnel in on-site inspection, repair, debugging and function increase of the products repaired.
B. cost of accessories and materials: refers to the total cost of materials consumed by service personnel and parts replaced when repairing products.
C. Price of accessories and materials: the sales price of each product accessories and materials of maoyuan sanitary ware shall prevail (the price standard of accessories shall be uniformly presented by the service personnel on site).
